Thank you for shopping with WOODNDOUGH LTD. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., baking ingredients)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Opened or used baking tools or accessories

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or we made an error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at woodandoughltd@gmail.com.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
